Working with our extensive network of contacts, we identify and cultivate leads for prospective external candidates and work with you to ensure suitable internal candidates are also screened and evaluated.  BK2M develops profiles of "A list" candidates for your review, then facilitates client-candidate interviews with finalists and prepares evaluation reports of each interview candidate.   We negotiate salary and benefits with the finalist and facilitate the details of successful transitions into your organization.
